Under her guidance, an Employee Retention Strategy was designed and rolled out to the division. She was also at the forefront of a number of innovative approaches to auditing such as Integrated Audit, and Continuous Auditing and Monitoring. The integrated audit approach is designed to transcend the traditional siloed approach to management of products and identify risk that may reside in the handoffs between these siloes. The approach also identifies ways to improve communication among business line leaders and achieve efficiencies in the end to end process. Continuous Monitoring and Auditing is the method of ongoing monitoring and auditing of the strength of business controls using data rather than in field observations such that efficiencies are gained from a time and cost perspective while coverage and responsiveness are enhanced.
