For Personal Customers
You can register online with your FirstCaribbean Bank Card and the details of the accounts that you wish to register.
If you don't have a FirstCaribbean Bank Card, please visit your local branch and our staff would be happy to assist you.
To register, follow these steps.
For the following Customers:
- Premier
- International Premier & Personal
- Corporate, including Commercial and Business
- International Corporate
You will need to complete a Registration Form with your Relationship Manager.
Follow These Instructions
Please complete one of the Registration Forms below and provide to your Relationship Manager.
PDF Registration Form for Corporate customers (includes Business Banking, Corporate and International Corporate) - in order to open this file you must have Adobe Acrobat.
PDF Registration Form for Personal customers (includes Premier and International Personal/Premier) - in order to open this file you must have Adobe Acrobat.
You will need to sign this form and provide the original or faxed copy to your Account Manager/Relationship Manager
Please complete the attached Terms and Conditions Form and provide to your Relationship Manager.
Internet, E-mail, Fax and Telephone Agreement

You will need to sign this form and provide the original or faxed copy to your Account Manager/Relationship Manager.
After your registration information has been verified, we will email you a temporary password. We will contact you directly to arrange delivery of your Welcome Kit and User ID.
